3392 Could not find CONTENT_LENGTH environment variable when using POST method.
3394 Unknown CGI method
3475 Error when converting URL style data to an ASCII string (%20 ? <space>)
5046 Either host or port number were not specified when trying to open a
connection
5056 A usable winsock DLL could not be found (on Windows95 and NT only)
5060 Winsock implementation does not support Winsock 2.0 spec (Windows only)
5065 Socket could not be openend
5075 Host name could not be found.
